We didn’t set out to start an agency. We only wanted to sell a video animation course.
During the covid period, our co-founder Mirakl created a video animation course, an honest, high-value program packed to help folks get busy and earn money at home due to the lockdown. But there was one problem: no one was signing up.
We tried the usual, posting on Instagram, sending DMs, talking to contacts to share on their status. But traction was flat. It became painfully clear: having a great product wasn’t enough. If people couldn’t find it, connect with it, or trust it, we were dead in the water.
So he spoke to his mentor who advised him to leverage online advertising platforms. He paid for trainings and learned the ropes of paid advertising, built our first proper sales funnel, optimized landing pages, rewrote copy that actually converted, and figured out how to build email sequences that kept people engaged.
Within One month, that course went from 3 signups to over 30 enrollments, across the country. That success didn’t just validate our product, it sparked a realization:
